1. Provide Design Details & Contact Info
If you’re making design changes to one of our existing products, please tell us specifically what you need changed.
If you would like a brand-new digital product created, tell us all about the item you have in mind! Please be as specific as possible and provide as many details as you can.
Provide your full name, valid email address, and whether or not you live in the U.S.
2. Submit Request, Finalize Design Details & Pay
Click “Submit Custom Design Request“.
We’ll review your request and contact you via email to finalize the specific details of your design details. Depending on the complexity of your design request and time zone difference, this process can take up to 10 business days.
Once we’ve designed the product you want, we’ll then email you an invoice to complete payment via PayPal.
3. Download & Print
Once payment is completed, we’ll create your custom PDF(s) and send you an email with links to download your PDFs. If you have an account, your download links can also be accessed by viewing the My Account page. Each PDF can be downloaded up to 5 times and is available for 30 days after the purchase date.
